How do I rent clothing?
Easy! All you have to do is create your account, find something you love, select your dates / time frame and checkout! You will receive a reminder of your booking a couple of days before your rental is due to arrive. Make sure you ship back (tracked) on your 'End Date' to avoid late fees.
How do I return my rental item?
We are working on pre paid labels, for now, please used a trusted courier (DPD, Royal Mail, Evri etc) and ship back tracked. We will emailed you a couple of days before your 'End Date' to confirm the return address.
What happens if my item doesn’t fit?
No worries, if your item arrives and doesn’ fit, you can email us on the day your item arrives or 'Start Date' with the subject FIT RETURN. Please include your name and product name. You need to email us and post it back the day it arrives. Please send all fit returns to email@example.com.
What happens if I return an item late?
Please make sure you return your item on time! You must send your item back on and before the ‘Rental End Date’. If you return an item late, it has a knock on effect to other people’s rentals. You may be charged a fee if this happens. Please check our terms and conditions.
I need my item for tomorrow, do you offer next day delivery?
If the item is showing as available, please drop us an email. We will contact the brand and try our best to get it delivered to you for the next day.
What if I damage my rental?
If minor damage occurs during your rental, please inform us straight away via firstname.lastname@example.org along with images. Our Eco-Laundry partner offers minor damage repair (which comes under the Eco-Laundry cost at £10). If they aren't able to repair the damage, we will deduct the repair cost from your holding fee. We will contact you directly in the event this happens.
We will be offering optional damage cover (in the very near future) which will be a flat fee of £5. We'll be sure to update you when this goes live.
In the event of irreparable or excessive damage and/or loss, you are liable to cover the total estimated market value (RRP) of the item, at the discretion of the Curated Loop team.
What is damage protection? When will it be available?
This is an optional fee at checkout, which covers minor damages to a garment, up to the value of £50.
What’s not covered?
- Irreparable damage
- Loss / theft due to carelessness
- Damage beyond £50 repair
We will be sure to let you know as soon as it's available.
How long can I rent for?
Weekend (4 days), Week (8 days), Holidays (12 days).
The renter must ship the garment back on or before the agreed rental end date, ensuring tracking is provided.
