    Once you've had the item for your selected dates, simply return it and explore again!

Shipping & Returns

  • It's super simple.

    You will receive your item on or before your start date. Send your item back, on or before your end date, using the 100% recycled mailing bag provided. We'll email you a pre-paid label with our local emissionless delivery partner, Quiver.

  • Cleaning

    Meet our eco-laundry partner, Oxwash. How they wash their clothes is an essential, yet often overlooked part of sustainability in fashion. Read more here.

  • Looping

    Renters are responsible for ensuring that the item is received and returned in a timely and satisfactory manner. This includes ensuring that the item is received in good condition and returned in the same condition.

  • Safety & Security

    All users on Curated Loop require verification before they can enter into any rental agreement.
